Office Depot asks for feedback from its customers so it can improve customer service. Customers who take the Office Depot customer service survey receive a $10 coupon off a purchase of $50 or more at Office Depot. The coupon can be printed at the end of the survey.
To take the survey you normally need a store receipt or an invitation card from an Office Depot delivery, but the survey can currently be taken by anyone.
