Office Depot asks for feedback from its customers so it can improve customer service and deal with problems before they become major issues. They also want to find out which stores and employees are providing the best customer service.
The survey takes a few minutes to complete, but you’ll be rewarded for your time. Customers who take the Office Depot feedback survey receive a $10 coupon off a purchase of $50 or more at any Office Depot store. The coupon must be printed by you at the end of the survey, so make sure you’re at a computer with a printer.
The best way to take the Office Depot feedback survey is to use the information printed on a store receipt. You may also get an invitation card from an Office Depot delivery. However, a receipt or access code is not necessary to take the survey, unlike for example the JCPenney survey.

I’ve been purchasing from OD for the past 5 years and have been satisfied. Service is generally prompt and courteous, and when asking where an item is the sales clerk usually takes me directly to the product needed. The rewards program is great and an inducement to keep me coming back. However, I do have one beef. I purchased copy paper on June 28 with a pomotion offering a $20 rebate. it’s now September 10 and I’ve yet to receive it. I went to the OD I purchased the paper from in late August and showed the manager a copies of the receipt and request for bebate form. He informed me receipt had been acknowledged and payment is pending. This is going on 3 months.

My local Office Depot is staffed by knowledgeable, customer-service-oriented sales personnel. I have purchased there a computer, software, office supplies, cordless phones, and today a digital camera. I was especially pleased by the service I received from Stephen, who found what I needed and helped me to check out. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted at the very best price. Good customer service is rare these days, but is regularly available and appreciated at my Office Depot.

I was at the Office Depot in Dothan, Al. I went in the make a purchase but I also had a question about HP Computers. Robert Short did an excellent job answering all questions I had about the HP Pavilion. I am currently in the market for a new computer and with Robert’s help I think I found it at Office Depot.

I was working on a high school reunion booklet I needed printed. The book included 24 pages, 60 copies and I needed it in relatively short order. While I brought copy in, I was not happy with my work on thye front cover. I told Andieinia what I realaly needed in art and showed produced exactly what I wanted in 30 seconds. The covcer set the stage for the rest of the booklet. I left a happy man.
I recently moved into the Corpus Christi area and was not familiar with the stores policy or item arrangement .The lady clerk was very helpful in quickly explaining the location of itmes needed . Also pointing out the difference between brand Name and Home Depot printer ink .
The store employee was great! The online program stinks! I have attempted several times to log in but can’t. This is not the first time I have had problems with your online site.
Normally, I enjoy my visits to OD. The staff is friendly, meet me at the door and ask if I need help finding some item.
However, my last visit to OD was a disappointment. Their ad had a special on the Epson photo paper that I use: buy one, get one free. Since this paper has become more and more expensive, I take advantage of these offers. I visited the store on Cedar Hills in Beaverton OR one day around Labor Day weekend. I had their ad with me and when I went to the shelf, it was empty. So I asked if they had any more in stock. No, they did not. I asked if I could get a reincheck, since the ad was to expire soon. I was told OD does not give reinchecks (at least on the Epson paper I needed), but the young man did write down the inventory # of the item and said I could call in to see if they had more in the next few days. I asked if he would then honor the sale price and the answer was again NO. It’s the first time I have ever been refused a reincheck by ANY store and I was not a happy camper.
I reiteraate that this was the first unhappy experience I’ve had with OD, and I’m a regular shopper there, as they carry the Epson ink and paper that I use.

I have purchased office supplies for years, now that I am retired I don’t shop as much. Fannie is my favorite employee, she knows what true customer service is complete with a hug. I have always found the store to be well stocked.
I saw a bookshelf @ store on Hanes Mall blvd,they did not have the colour I wanted, female associate called other stores in the area,located 1 w/colour I wanted on, Silas creek parkway, male associate there, was very accomodating also bought it out w/handtruck to our van, as my husband had a shoulder injury. The associates who helped us @ both stores, were very helpful and polite.We buy hp ink cartridges and pc needs @ office depot,today was 1st time for furniture for the money I have a very sturdy bookcase. All 3 employees I interfaced with today were very corteous and helpful. There was a problem getting the register to come up with the correct price on the boxes. It was not a big purchase but they suggested I let management know and get a refund for the difference. I purchased 1 container of office depot boxes product # 351984 regular price 15.99 and my company discount price should be 12.79. It’s not a big deal, but i would appreciate you getting the register straightened out. My company is Covenant Home Services 219 Treasure Way San Antonio,Texas.
